Dr. Niemann looks back on an impressive CV and management experience. 

With a doctorate in economics, she was previously Vice President HR Management at Lufthansa, Chief Human Resources Officer Air Berlin and for many years headed the collective bargaining and social policy department at Deutsche Bahn.
